the hotel had a free shuttle from the airport it really saved me some trouble the room was bigger than i thought and it was very clean the breakfast had a lot of options that was great too
the customer service could be better the food took a long time to come when i ordered it everything came at different times so some people were done eating before others got their food the staff at reception seemed unhelpful too

the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service i found this very convenient the pool is spacious and provided enough room for relaxation the room included a nice balcony overlooking pool it was suitable for relaxing after a long journey
the room had some mosquitos i wish there was mosquito net

The taxi service to and from the airport worked really well. The hotel is close to food and markets. I found it very quiet despite its proximity. The shuttle service to the airport was also prompt and efficient. The room included a balcony. I also appreciated that a 7-Eleven was just a short walk away.
The breakfast menu became a bit repetitive. I wished for more variety .
